We start with a quick discovery call to collect key property metrics — location, asset type, size, and your target client. From there we scope the project, confirm pricing, and schedule a shoot day. On shoot day we capture the full property with our 360° camera system. Within 7 business days, you receive a finalized tour link and embed code. We can also walk you through the deliverable via Zoom to make sure it meets your standards before distribution.

Most shoots take between 1–3 hours depending on the size and complexity of the property. Commercial properties with multiple floors or units typically take longer. We'll give you a clear time estimate during the discovery call so you can plan accordingly.

Yes — and this is one of our key differentiators. Unlike larger production companies that operate strictly 9–5, we offer full scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends. If your property needs to be shot at midnight to avoid foot traffic or construction, we'll make it happen.

You receive a dedicated shareable link and an iFrame embed code. The link can be sent directly to clients, posted on social media, or included in marketing materials. The embed code allows the tour to be embedded directly into any website, including your listing pages on Crexi and PropertyShark.

Each tour includes key property metrics integrated directly into the virtual walkthrough — including precise measurements, square footage, ceiling heights, utility configurations, and any supplemental data relevant to the asset type. This means prospective tenants and investors have the information they need to qualify a space without needing to physically visit it first.

Commercial properties are typically larger and require a significantly greater scope of property data — leasing comps, zoning information, investment metrics, and more detailed spatial data. The $350 commercial rate reflects this additional time, research, and expertise required to deliver a product that meets the standards of institutional brokers and investors.

Yes. Every tour we deliver includes an iFrame embed code that can be placed directly into your listings on Crexi and PropertyShark, as well as your own website. There's no additional configuration required — it's a straight copy-paste integration.

Payment is collected on a per-project basis upon delivery of the final product. We provide a clear scope and valuation before the shoot is scheduled — so you always know exactly what you're paying for before any work begins.

Our camera outputs equirectangular format — the standard for 360° virtual tours. This format is universally compatible with all major tour platforms, web viewers (including Pannellum), and social media 360° photo formats. Raw files can be provided upon request for clients who want them for their own archives.

We currently serve all five boroughs of New York City — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. For properties outside NYC, please reach out — we're happy to discuss project-specific arrangements.
